Installation Instructions

1.Measuring & Mixing

Begin with precise measurements of Part A and Part B. Combine these in a mixing container, ensuring thorough blending for a few minutes. Scrape the sides and bottom of the container multiple times during mixing. Post-mixing, conduct vacuum degassing to remove any trapped air, with a recommended vacuum duration of 5 to 8 minutes.
 
2.De-airing
Opt for natural deaeration or utilize a vacuum method to efficiently release air.
Natural Deaerating: Allow the mixed adhesive to rest for 20-30 minutes.
Vacuum Deaerating: Execute for 5-10 minutes at a vacuum degree of 0.09-0.1 MPa.

 
3.Pouring Performance
Pouring Tips: Ensure the surfaces of both the parts and mixing container are impeccably clean and dry before potting.
Carefully encapsulate the mixture into your products, completing the pouring process seamlessly.

 
4.Curing / Post Curing

Vulcanizing: Position the sealed product at room temperature to cure naturally, achieving complete curing in 6-8 hours. For expedited curing, apply heat: fully cures in 60 minutes at 60ºC, 30 minutes at 80ºC, or 20 minutes at 120ºC.

4. How to remove the bubbles during my mould making?
--After mixing liquid silicone with curing agent, please put the material into vacuum machine to take off the bubbles.

5. How to get good silicone mould to use longer time?
--The best way is: #A, Please choose the right liquid silicone according to your products. #B, Don't use any silicone oil in mold making, because it can make the silicone mould become too soft to use. #C, Silicone mould can be used longer after the whole silicone mould fully cured, so it's better to wait 2 hours after mould finished.

6. Why silicone rubber add curing agent after mixing a lot of bubbles?
--This is normal physical phenomena. The liquid will produce a large number of bubbles in the mixing time, so, it must pass through the vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.
