Instructions


1. Ensure the surface of the original is pristinely clean and devoid of any loose material or contaminants.

2. Precisely weigh 100g of Part A base and 100g of Part B into a thoroughly clean container to maintain accuracy.

3. Before utilization, stir Part A base silicone thoroughly, as filler separation may occur after extended storage durations.

4. Meticulously mix Part A and Part B until the silicone is fully and uniformly dispersed throughout the base, ensuring a smooth consistency.

5. Promptly pour the mixed Part A base silicone and Part B onto the original, ensuring timely adherence to the mold.

6. Carefully de-mold after 24 hours. This timing will enhance and extend the replicate capabilities of the silicone mold.

Note: It is highly recommended to remove any entrapped air using a vacuum chamber, allowing the mixture to fully expand and subsequently collapse. After an additional 1-2 minutes under vacuum, the mixture should be inspected for air bubbles and is ready for use if none are present. Be aware that vacuum de-airing will cause the mixture's volume to increase by 3-5 times, necessitating the selection of an appropriately large container.

4. How to remove the bubbles during my mould making?
--After mixing liquid silicone with curing agent, please put the material into vacuum machine to take off the bubbles.

5. How to get good silicone mould to use longer time?
--The best way is: #A, Please choose the right liquid silicone according to your products. #B, Don't use any silicone oil in mold making, because it can make the silicone mould become too soft to use. #C, Silicone mould can be used longer after the whole silicone mould fully cured, so it's better to wait 2 hours after mould finished.

6. Why silicone rubber add curing agent after mixing a lot of bubbles?
--This is normal physical phenomena. The liquid will produce a large number of bubbles in the mixing time, so, it must pass through the vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.
