Step 1: Prepare Your Original Molds
Ensure that your original molds are flawless. Secure them onto a board, then use four additional boards to enclose and stabilize the original mold securely in place.
Step 2: Precisely measure and blend 100 grams of Part A silicone rubber with 3 grams of Part B curing agent until they are thoroughly mixed.
*Notes: Mold-making silicone rubber is a fluid compound consisting of two parts. Part A is a flowing white liquid, while Part B is the curing agent or catalyst. Please follow these steps meticulously:
1. Use an electronic scale to weigh each part accurately. An incorrect ratio, such as an excess of catalyst, will accelerate the curing process, making it difficult to manage and potentially problematic.
2. Achieve a consistent mixture of Parts A and B. Inconsistencies will lead to partial curing, causing operational challenges and a reduced lifespan for the molds, ultimately resulting in wasted silicone rubber.
Step 3: Vacuum Pumping (Optional)
This step is crucial and should be completed in under 10 minutes to prevent cross-linking reactions that render further processing steps impossible.
Step 4: Casting Method: Pouring or Brushing
*Notes: 1. For straightforward designs, we recommend the pouring technique, which is simple and effective for demolding. Low-viscosity silicone is ideal for smooth flow and easy air removal.

--The best way is: #A, Please choose the right liquid silicone according to your products. #B, Don't use any silicone oil in mold making, because it can make the silicone mould become too soft to use. #C, Silicone mould can be used longer after the whole silicone mould fully cured, so it's better to wait 2 hours after mould finished.
6. Why silicone rubber add curing agent after mixing a lot of bubbles?
--This is normal physical phenomena. The liquid will produce a large number of bubbles in the mixing time, so, it must pass through the vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.
