RTV silicone rubber is special for the producing of recycling vacuum bag, which replaced the vacuum file on glass steel mould. This technology took the place of the traditional die injection moulding process.

X730 silicone rubber is a brushable platinum cure silicone developed especially for making high performance, reusable vacuum bags. It is easy to mix and apply. Mix ratio is 1A:1B by volume and rubber can be applied with a brush or spatula to vertical surfaces without sagging.

Use-Method:
1.A, B component should be fully mixed in the weight proportion of 1:1. Curing time is base on the mould temperature. If the temperature is high then the time will be short and if the molded product is thick and big, the time will be long. The mould can be taken apart after curing.

2.During the process, the manual apray gun, pneumatic gun, and directly manual operation can be adopted, and if the big amount is used, the couble omponent mixing machine can be used and the large area can be sprayed by the compress air.

*Materials should be stored and used at room temperature (73° F / 23° C). Warm temperatures will reduce the working time of this material. This product has a limited shelf life and should be used as soon as possible. Work environment and tool to be sprayed should also be at room temperature. Wear safety glasses, long sleeves and rubber gloves to minimize contamination risk. Model surface should also be at room temperature.

4. How to remove the bubbles during my mould making?

--The best way is:   #A, Please choose the right liquid silicone according to your products.   #B, Don't use any silicone oil in mold making, because it can make the silicone mould become too soft to use.   #C, Silicone mould can be used longer after the whole silicone mould fully cured, so it's better to wait 2 hours after mould finished.  

6. Why silicone rubber add curing agent after mixing a lot of bubbles?  
--This is normal physical phenomena. The liquid will produce a large number of bubbles in the mixing time, so, it must pass through the vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.
