Moulding Silicone Rubber is general called two-component room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber with excellent fluidity and good operational performance. Add Part A and Part B with 100:3 mixing ratio at room temperature, the silicone rubber is still operational within 20 to 40 minutes, and in 3-5 hours, an elastic silicon mold will be obtained.
Part A: Silicone rubber is a white liquid
Part B: Catalyst is a non-toxic and odorless liquid, with transparent color.
ATT: We can provide fast/medium/slow catalyst for hot, warm or cold season.

1.Enclose the product (the original model) with four plastic plates or wooden plates
2.Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent (detergent or soap water) on your product.
3.Stir part A 100g and part B 3g with 100:3 mixing ratio evenly. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping.
(If there is no vacuum machine, you can just pour the mixture slowly from the corner so that less bubbles caused)
4.Pour the mixture with correct mixing ratio into the model frame. After about 2-4 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the original model, and there you get a finished addition cured silicone mold.
