Tin-catalyized Silicone a kind of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber in condensation type. It's generally named as two part silicone rubber , Part A is a flow-able liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing agent. It's mainly used for model designing work of all kinds of products with simple or intricate patterns.
Tin-catalyized silicone rubber is used for making molds of soap mold, candle mold, concrete stone, cultured stone, GRC, resin sculpture, fiberglass, cement statues, polyester decoration, unsaturated resin crafts, resin marble works, furniture mplding, bronze, wax, stone figures, garden sculptures, fiberglass animal, flower pot, fountain, and so on.
1.Enclose the product (the original model) with four plastic plates or wooden plates
2.Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent (detergent or soap water) on your product.
3.Stir part A 100g and part B 100g with 1:1 mixing ratio evenly. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping. (If there is no vacuum machine, you can just pour the mixture slowly from the corner so that less bubbles caused)
4.Pour the mixture with correct mixing ratio into the model frame. After about 2-4 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the original model, and there you get a finished addition cured silicone mold.
