1. Begin by stirring part A and part B in equal 100g portions with a precise 1:1 mixing ratio until fully blended. For optimal results, vacuum-pump the mixture. In absence of vacuum equipment, pour slowly from a corner to minimize bubble formation.
2. Secure the original model by enclosing it with four sturdy plastic or wooden plates.
3. Ensure your products are clean and coat them with a thin layer of release agent, such as detergent or soapy water, to facilitate mold release.
4. Carefully pour the well-mixed silicone into the prepared model frame. Allow 2-4 hours for the silicone to cure, then gently remove the original model to reveal a flawlessly cured addition silicone mold.
Note: Maintain the vacuum-pumping duration below 3-5 minutes to prevent premature cross-linking of the silicone rubber during the process.
