Perfect your original molds by securely fixing them onto a board. Use four additional boards to carefully enclose the original molds, ensuring a stable and precise setup.
Step 2: Measure precisely and combine 100g of Part A silicone rubber with 3g of Part B curing agent, mixing thoroughly to achieve a consistent blend.
*Notes: Mold making silicone rubber is a flowing liquid composed of two parts. Part A is a flowing white liquid, and Part B serves as the curing agent or catalyst. Adhere strictly to the following steps:
1. Accurately weigh both parts using an electronic scale. Adding excess catalyst can accelerate the curing process, leading to operational challenges.
2. Ensure even mixing of Part A and Part B. Incomplete mixing can cause partial solidification, leading to operational difficulties and reduced mold lifespan, wasting valuable silicone rubber.
Step 3: Vacuum Pumping (Optional)
This critical step should take no more than 10 minutes to avoid triggering a cross-linking reaction, which would halt further processing.
Step 4: Pouring Casting or Brushing Operation
*Notes: 1. For products with simple patterns, we recommend the pouring method for its ease and efficiency in demolding. This method requires silicone with low viscosity for smooth flow and easy air release.
2. For intricate patterns, the brushing method is ideal for precise pattern replication. This approach requires high-viscosity silicone to prevent unwanted flow and facilitate easy brushing.
3. We recommend allowing the silicone mold to cure for an additional 12 hours after demolding before commencing large-scale production.

4. How to remove the bubbles during my mould making?
--After mixing liquid silicone with curing agent, please put the material into vacuum machine to take off the bubbles.
5. How to get good silicone mould to use longer time?
--The best way is: #A, Please choose the right liquid silicone according to your products. #B, Don't use any silicone oil in mold making, because it can make the silicone mould become too soft to use. #C, Silicone mould can be used longer after the whole silicone mould fully cured, so it's better to wait 2 hours after mould finished.
6. Why silicone rubber add curing agent after mixing a lot of bubbles?
--This is normal physical phenomena. The liquid will produce a large number of bubbles in the mixing time, so, it must pass through the vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.
