   RTV2 Sealing Silicone Rubber is viscous, transparent liquid with low viscosity, and belongs to two-component addition cure silicone rubber. After mixing the part A and part B at a mix ratio of 1:1, it cures at room temperature or by heating and becomes gel-like elastomer. This silicone rubber is used for the surface of poly-carbonate (PC), PP, ABS, PVC and metal, etc. The curing reaction does not generate heat or any by-products.

Operation Methods

 

Electronic potting compounds silicone rubber material is a kind of flowing liquid, and it consists of two components, part A and part B.

1. Preparing: Clean up the coating surface, remove the rust, dust, oil dirt.

2. Pouring: Weigh the silicone part A and part B correctly by 1:1, mix silicone part A and part B thoroughly, pour onto the electronic components/surface after vacuum degassing.

3. Curing: Room temperature cure or heat-up cure are both workable.

4. It should be used up after opening the package, the material must be kept in a cool place sealed well, and it should avoid from contact with moisture in the air.
