*Notes: Mold-making silicone rubber is a flowable liquid composed of two parts. Part A is a flowing white liquid, while Part B is the essential curing agent or catalyst. Kindly adhere to the steps meticulously:
1. Precisely weigh both parts using an electronic scale. An incorrect ratio, such as an excess of catalyst, speeds up the curing process and can hinder smooth operation, leading to inconvenience.
2. Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly. Incomplete mixing can result in partial solidification of the silicone rubber, complicating the final operation. Moreover, improperly mixed molds have a reduced lifespan, leading to wasted material.
Step 3: Optional Vacuum Pumping
This essential step should not exceed 10 minutes. Otherwise, cross-linking reactions may occur, halting further processing steps.
Step 4: Choose Pouring Casting or Brush Operation

3. For optimal results, allow the silicone mold to set for an additional 12 hours after demolding before proceeding with large-scale production.
